i. The discount cannot be utilized in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
ii. This agreement is not valid for retail sales, gift vouchers and packages.
iii. The voucher must be shown at the time of appointment on presentation of the MIDI loyalty card by the eligible cardholder (one card per person).
